Stephen Zuloaga has been with WRH Realty Services, LLC since 2006 and he holds both a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an MBA from the University of Florida. He is responsible for managing multifamily investments owned by WRH as well as underwriting and acquiring new multifamily properties for the company’s portfolio.

Stephen’s excellent work ethic and attention to detail has been an important contributor to the success of WRH. Stephen will continue his focus on managing and acquiring new properties in WRH’s target markets.
