With over 24 years of multi-family property management experience, Pam brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role. She originally joined the WRH team in 2010 but left following the sale of her property, later rejoining the company six months later.

Prior to her career in property management, Pam worked in mortgages and lending for 17 years. She holds certifications as a Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS).

Throughout her tenure with WRH, Pam has excelled in various management roles, including multi-site tax credit and convention property manager. She has successfully built and developed high-performing teams, many of whom have been promoted within the company. In her new role as District Manager, Pam will oversee a five-property portfolio located in Jacksonville, Florida.
