Jacksonville, FL – WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction, and consulting firm in the southeast with properties in Florida, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, has promoted Michelle Cutillo to Vice President of Compliance.

Michelle has more than 17 years of experience in affordable housing and has been an instrumental part of the WRH team overseeing the growth of the WRH Compliance Department that processes applications and monitors affordable restrictions on over 40 properties with over 4,600 units. In conjunction with the affordable compliance, Michelle and her team monitor screening policies and application fraud identification on the WRH market rate portfolio.

Michelle has her bachelor’s degree in Business Management in addition to a number of industry designations such as the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), the Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), and the State Housing Credit Manager (SHCM).
