Melody is a results-driven Regional Property Manager with 20+ years of experience leading affordable housing and LIHTC portfolios across Florida and Georgia. She is known for driving asset performance, optimizing NOI, and ensuring regulatory compliance while leading high-performing teams.
Currently, she oversees operations, financial performance, and leasing strategy, bringing strong expertise in multi-site management, lease-ups, compliance, and team development to support long-term asset value and portfolio success. In her new role, she will be overseeing a six property portfolio in the Jacksonville and St. Augustine area.
