Jacksonville, FL – WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction, and consulting firm with properties in Florida, Texas, and North Carolina, has promoted Jennifer Ribeiro to Compliance Manager and Kerri Jones to Assistant Compliance Manager.

Jennifer has been with WRH Realty Services for 15 years and holds the Housing Credit Certified Professional designation. Before joining WRH Realty Services, Jennifer worked at WAMU for 10 years, focusing on auditing credit reporting and third-party collections.

In her new role, Jennifer will oversee the Compliance Specialists while continuing to manage her extensive property portfolio.

Kerri brings six years of compliance experience to her new role. Prior to joining the multi-family industry, Kerri worked in retail management and customer service for 18 years. She holds the Certified Housing Credit Professional designation and takes ownership of the statuses of her substantial portfolio of properties.

In her new role, Kerri will assist with training and operations, oversee the Application and Credit Processors, and continue managing her impressive property portfolio.
