St. Petersburg, FL – WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction, and consulting firm in the southeast with properties in Florida, Texas, and North Carolina, has promoted Angela Tevebaugh to District Manager for Houston, Texas.

Angela brings over 20 years of multi-family property management experience to her new role. She started in the property management industry in 1991 when she took the Community and Area Manager position for the Camden Property Trust in Houston, TX. In 2015, she accepted the position of Senior Community Manager for the Heights of Park Row community, also in Houston, TX. That property was sold in 2015 by Worthing Companies Management Company to WRH Realty Services, Inc. After a name change to Vista at Park Row, Angela continued as the community’s Property Manager but became a new member of the WRH community. In her new role, she will be overseeing a four-property portfolio, all located in Houston.

Angela graduated from Texas Tech University with a major in Architectural and Design. She specializes in tenant and eviction law; income and expense management; maintenance oversight; OneSite, Yardi, LRO, MRI, and CRM programs. Angela has been CAM-certified with the National Apartment Association since 1997.
