Angela Taylor joined WRH Realty Services in 2005 as the Director of Human Resources. She has over 32 years of human resource management experience, with over half of it specializing in the multi-family arena. Angela provides strategic human resources leadership and oversight of all company-wide activities related to recruiting, retention, employee relations, compensation and benefits, leadership development, state and federal law compliance, and all human resources initiatives. Before joining WRH, she spent 13+ years as an HR leader in the manufacturing industry, where she also held a dual role as Director of Safety.
Angela earned her Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) from HRCI. She participates in a variety of professional organizations. She is a member of the American Payroll Association (APA), the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the National Human Resources Association (NHRA), and the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), as well as the local Tampa SHRM chapter.
