St. Petersburg, FL – WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction, and consulting firm in the southeast with properties in Florida, Texas, and North Carolina, has promoted Anderson Seraphin to the Controller position.

Anderson joined WRH as a Property Accountant, was promoted to Senior Property Accountant, and is now WRH's Controller.

As a Senior Accountant, he was responsible for cash management of the properties owned by WRH Realty Services, investing analysis, payroll processing, financial statement review (and more). In his new role, he will be serving as the Controller for WRH, keeping investing analysis & financial statement review duties, while adding supervisory duties of the accounting department.
