Jacksonville, FL – Ken Furtaw, a Regional Director at WRH Realty Services, Inc. has recently been named 2016 Management Volunteer of the Year by the First Coast Apartment Association (FCAA). Mr. Furtaw has contributed to the success of FCAA as a Board Member, Committee Chair, advocate and teacher. He is described by the organization as, “the backbone of FCAA’s education program”. In his role at WRH he oversees a portfolio of more than 1200 units throughout the Jacksonville area.

The First Coast Apartment Association provides nationally recognized designation and certificate programs that provide its members with the skills needed to succeed in the ever-evolving apartment industry. FCAA also offers a wide array of workshops and seminars in topics including leasing, marketing, landlord tenant law, fair housing, maintenance and technology.
