Jacksonville, FL – On May 11th, 2017 property management companies, owners and vendors throughout Northeast Florida attended the First Coast Apartment Association’s 22nd Annual Circle of Excellence Awards held at The Florida Theatre in downtown Jacksonville. The Circle of Excellence Awards brings together multifamily professionals throughout the Jacksonville metropolitan area to honor companies and individuals who achieved the highest level of service and commitment in the multifamily industry. The First Coast Apartment Association acknowledged 35 industry professionals, apartment communities and property management companies for their outstanding accomplishments in 2016.

WRH Realty Services is pleased to announce that many team members were recognized as leaders in North Florida. Jose Garcia at Gregory Cove Apartments has been named Affordable Groundskeeper of the Year for the fourth year in a row. Wendi Floyd, manager at Caroline Oaks Apartments was named Affordable Community Manager of the Year, Georgetta Owens at Gregory Cove was named Affordable Assistant Manager of the Year, Tamika Wilson of Leigh Meadows Apartments was named Affordable  Leasing Specialist of the Year, Nicole Brown at Leigh Meadows was named as the Rookie Leasing Specialist of the Year, Stanley McKinney of Leigh Meadows Apartments was named the Affordable Maintenance Supervisor of the Year, and Robert Seiler from Leigh Meadows was named the Affordable Maintenance Technician of the Year. Jose Serrano of St. John’s Pointe Apartments was awarded Conventional Maintenance Supervisor of the Year, Emanuael Mills at St. John’s Pointe won Conventional Maintenance Technician of the Year, and the maintenance team at Leigh Meadows Apartments won Affordable Service Team of the Year. Michelle Lawrence was awarded Corporate Employee of the Year, and Ken Furtaw was named Regional Director of the year.

Other notable awards won by WRH include Affordable Community of the Year won by Leigh Meadows and Affordable Curb Appeal of the year won by Caroline Oaks. Caroline Oaks also won the Green Initiative Property of the Year Award. Holly Cove Apartments Received the Best Model award.  WRH was awarded the Volunteer Spirit award.
