Tampa, FL – The Landings at Boot Ranch West, managed and owned by WRH Realty Services, Inc. was recognized by The Bay Area Apartment Association as having the best social media in all of the Bay Area for the second year in a row.

Wendy Rivera, the Property Manager of The Landings at Boot Ranch Apartments for WRH Realty Services makes it a point to keep up with the property’s Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest accounts to keep relations with residents positive and proactive. Wendy also created an app to provide unique services and contact with residents and prospects.  In addition to this, The Landings at Boot has its own GeoTag or developed and implemented to be used on google and with Snapchat. They are also using Periscope to live stream events, instructional meetings and other special interest items with residents and prospects.

The award was based on the way the community provides extraordinary customer service, what special attributes the community possesses to make them worthy of the award, what sets them apart from other communities, and how the property connected with residents on all forms of social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest.
