Michelle Daniels was promoted to Director of Compliance for WRH Realty Services in June 2014. Ms. Daniels has extensive knowledge and experience in the multi-family industry with over 12 years of tax credit experience including 5 years as a Senior Compliance Specialist with WRH Realty Services. She has attained Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certifications. Ms. Daniels oversees property compliance for an ever growing portfolio of affordable apartment communities throughout Florida and North Carolina.
