St. Petersburg, FL – WRH Realty Services, Inc.’s Chief Financial Officer was named a finalist in the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s CFO of the Year Award. Jay Meder joined WRH Realty Services in 2006 and serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for WRH Income Properties, Inc. As CFO Jay is in charge of all accounting, finance, human resources, risk management and information technology issues for the holding company and its subsidiaries.

Jay manages a diverse team of business professionals at WRH Realty Services Headquarters’ located in St. Petersburg, Florida. Jay also oversees more than ninety multifamily apartment communities.

Jay has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining WRH, he served as the CFO for companies in the property and casualty insurance industry and a worldwide professional sports organization. He has also served in the audit and assurance division of Ernst & Young for many years.
