Jacksonville, FL – On May 14, 2015 property management companies, owners and vendors throughout Northeast Florida attended the First Coast Apartment Association’s 20th Annual Circle of Excellence Awards held at The Florida Theatre in downtown Jacksonville. The Circle of Excellence Awards brings together multifamily professionals throughout the Jacksonville metropolitan area to honor companies and individuals who achieved the highest level of service and commitment in the multifamily industry. The First Coast Apartment Association acknowledged thirty industry professionals, apartment communities and property management companies for their outstanding accomplishments in 2014.
WRH Realty Services is pleased to announce that many team members were recognized as leaders in North Florida. Jose Garcia at Gregory Cove Apartments has been named Affordable Groundskeeper of the Year for the second year in a row. Albert Sperry of Holly Cove Apartments (Affordable) was recognized as Maintenance Technician of the Year. Aeleia Carvary at Lindsey Terrace Apartments was named Affordable Leasing Specialist of the Year. Jennifer White at Courtney Manor Apartments has been recognized as Affordable Assistant Manager of the Year. Mark Mussler of The Carling & 11 East Forsyth Apartments was named Conventional Community Manager of the Year. Jonny Flores at Lindsey Terrace Apartments was recognized as Affordable Maintenance Supervisor of the Year. Erry Pena at The Plaza Apartments received the Rookie Maintenance Award. Lee Caudill won the Regional Maintenance Director Award.
Other notable awards won by WRH include Affordable Community of the Year won by Camri Green Apartments and Affordable Curb Appeal of the year won by Thomas Chase Apartments for the second year in a row. Holly Cove won the award for Service Team. WRH was also recognized as Property Management Company of the Year for 2014.
