Jacksonville, FL – WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction and consulting firm headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida has been named one of the 2022 Best Places to Work Multifamily for Women. The annual list is published by Multifamily Leadership. WRH ranked #26 of 35 on the list.

The Best Places to Work Multifamily for Women list is based on data gathered from the national Best Places to Work Multifamily program which includes a rigorous assessment process that evaluates each company’s employee policies and procedures as well as responses from the company’s employees. The program is part of a long-term initiative to encourage growth and excellence throughout the Multifamily Apartment Industry and to attract new leaders to the industry.

In order to rank on the list, companies must first make the list of Best Places to Work in Multifamily. A minimum of 15 females working in the organization or 25%, whichever is greater, is also required. The female survey response rate must be 40% or greater unless the total female count is less than 25 at which point the response rate must be 80% or greater. The ranked order is determined by the female percent of positive response, largest to smallest.

National rankings for the companies were announced at the virtual Multifamily Leadership Innovation Summit in on December 8th, 2021.
