Dallas, TX – Kevin Hughes has joined WRH Realty Services, Inc. as the new Regional Maintenance Supervisor based out of Dallas, TX. Kevin will be overseeing the Texas portfolio, assisting with interviewing and hiring service managers, working with the mentors and inspections, training, vendor relations and helping with capital needs.  Kevin comes to WRH as an accomplished, results-driven professional with 15 years of experience in construction, maintenance, property management and project management.  Kevin’s experience includes strategizing short and long term project assignments, budgeting, and training of employees in job-related duties and work procedures.  He has a long history of efficiency and effectiveness in property management, project execution, and asset maintenance responsibilities.
