Charlotte, NC – Bill Euton has accepted the position as Regional Maintenance Director in the Southeast region for WRH Realty Services, Inc.  Mr. Euton has been the Service Mentor for properties throughout North Carolina for the past several years while filling the role of both Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager for Lakeside Apartments in Davidson, NC.

Mr. Euton began working in the apartment industry in the mid 1990’s, holding every maintenance position from Grounds/Punch out Technician, Service Technician, Service Manager, Regional Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Director with various companies such as Crosland, Colonial, DDR, Alliance Residential and UDR. Awards earned by Mr. Euton include 2012 Best Performing Property in NC/SC Region, 2013 Best Performing Property, 2013 Lowest Resident Turnover and 2013 Property Manager of the Year. He attained his CAMT designation in 2001 and currently is working towards obtaining his CAM with the NAA.
