Debra comes to WRH with more than 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Debra has worked as a Regional Manager, Senior Property Manager, and Property Manager. Her responsibilities have included managing extensive renovations, as well as new construction. She was continually recognized for being successful at troubleshooting struggling communities, repositioning and drastically improving their financial performance in the Texas, Tennessee, Colorado, North Carolina and Georgia markets.

Debra is a Military Veteran. She holds an Associate Degree in Business Management, and her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation.
