Charlotte, NC – John DeMario has joined WRH Realty Services, Inc. as a new Regional Director for the Charlotte, North Carolina Region. John comes to WRH Realty Services with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the multi-family industry. He has a strong background in both conventional and affordable apartment community management and will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of his portfolio of properties. John will be overseeing the Charlotte portfolio comprised of fee-managed assets including: The Park at Oaklawn, Springfield Gardens, 940 Brevard, Montgomery Gardens and Nia Point.
