Jacksonville, FL – WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction and consulting firm in the southeast with properties in Florida, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia welcomes new Programs and Services Coordinator, Mercedes Cooper, in the Jacksonville Regional Office.

Mercedes Cooper has just joined the WRH Compliance Department. She will oversee all affordable properties in her area and will be responsible for establishing ties to service providers and agencies in the community, referring tax credit properties to such providers and monitoring the provision of required program services for each community. She graduated from Tennessee State University in Nashville with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
