Jacksonville, FL – WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction and consulting firms in the southeast with properties in Florida, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia welcomes District Manager, Gina Lee.

Prior to her new position as District Manager, Ms. Lee was a Property Manager for WRH Realty Services, Inc. She joined the WRH team in 2010.  She was responsible for overseeing all areas of property management for a 336 unit apartment community that consisted of 4 programs (Tax Credit, Bond, Public Housing and Project Voucher).

Ms. Lee has twelve years’ experience in property management and real estate.  She’s managed short term rentals for individual owners as well as, sold new construction for a builder. Ms. Lee was a recipient of the 2013 Property Manager of the Year Award for First Coast Apartment Association Circle of Excellence. She also sits on the Board for Catholic Charities.

Ms. Lee will be responsible for implementing property management operations, administration and maintenance for affordable assets.  Her duties include hiring, supervising, and training of staff as well as maintaining budget and increasing owner profitability and occupancy. She will be based in Jacksonville.
