Jacksonville, FL – WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction and consulting firm headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida has hired Katie Wrenn as the Director of Training and Development. She began employment on April 23rd.

Katie has over 10 years of experience as a Regional Training and Marketing Director for Milestone Management. Katie was most recently employed with Finlay Management as their Director of Marketing and Training. Ms. Wrenn graduated from Ursuline College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. 

Katie served as the 2015 and 2016 President for the First Coast Apartment Association. Katie is currently the Treasurer for the Florida Apartment Association, and a delegate to the National Apartment Association. Katie was appointed to the National Apartment Association’s Education Advisory Board in 2017.
