St. Petersburg, FL – WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction and consulting firm headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida appointed Jon Taylor, CPA as Chief Financial Officer as of April 23, 2018. Following his successful 11-year career of service with WRH, Jay Meder is retiring as CFO. The transition of leadership plan commenced with Jon’s arrival and will continue during the 2nd quarter.
Jon started his financial career in 1983 with the international public accounting firm of Arthur Andersen. From there he joined a client which was an SEC registrant. Jon has held financial and operational leadership roles with leading companies including GE Capital, Franchise Finance Corporation of America, and EMF Broadcasting, in addition to MC Companies, a similar multifamily organization, and global private equity firms. He also has served nonprofit organizations. Jon’s passion for excellence is fueled by his intense focus on creating value for owners. Jon, a 25-year veteran of the financial services and real estate industries, is dedicated to maximizing long-term shareholder value, developing people processes and systems, and maintaining the highest level of integrity and transparency.
Jon brings with him an impressive leadership background in corporate finance, financial reporting and analysis, risk management, tax strategy, real estate and securities investments, acquisitions and startups, due diligence, organizational development, technology solutions, and strategic planning.
