Jacksonville, FL –WRH Realty Services, Inc., has been recognized among the top 10 companies for online reputation in the 2020 Division ORA™ Power Ranking, published by Multifamily Executive. The Divisions include: Division I (20,000 up to 30,669 units), Division III (10,000 to 19,999 units), and Division IV (2,000 to 9,999 units). WRH ranks #5 in Division III. The unit cut-off for each Division was based on the portfolio data obtained from ALN Data Services in June 2020.

The Division ORA™ Power Ranking was introduced by J Turner Research in 2019 to recognize management companies that manage over 2,000 units for excellence in online reputation management. The companies are ranked based on their Online Reputation Assessment (ORA™) score—the multifamily industry standard to measure and benchmark a property/company’s online reputation. The Division I list—Top 10 of the NMHC Top 50 companies—was announced earlier in May 2020.
