Jacksonville, FL – Effective December 11, 2013, WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction and consulting firm began management of Tuscan Isle Apartments in Naples, Florida.  The Vestcor Companies, a Jacksonville based company and one of Florida’s largest developers of multifamily communities acquired Tuscan Isle, a 298-unit housing community into their portfolio. Vestcor’s expanding portfolio exceeds 4,500 multi-family units in Florida and Texas. WRH Realty Services, Inc. and The Vestcor Companies continue a valued partnership, with WRH managing fifteen other Vestcor communities throughout Florida.

Vestcor is investing significant resources into improving and upgrading the exterior buildings, units and community amenities. Currently, the community features a clubhouse, community room, swimming pool with sundeck, fitness center, business center, laundry facility, library, children’s playground and volleyball court. The apartment amenities include fully-equipped kitchens with upgraded appliances in select units, walk-in closets, ceiling fans, private patio or balcony and washer dryer connections.
