Currently under construction, The Charleston on 66th will offer 258-units and is expected to be completed later this year. The community amenities will include a resort-style pool with lounge area, dog park with wash station, game room with billiards, wet bar, screened gazebos and more. Apartment homes will feature granite countertops, kitchen islands with pendant lighting, wood inspired floors, and 42-inch wood cabinets.
