Jacksonville, FL –WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction and consulting firm has been awarded the management contract for Sydney Trace Apartments owned by The Vestcor Companies. Currently in the construction phase, Sydney Trace is a 192-unit affordable family community expected to be completed in September 2021.

Upon completion, the community amenities will include a swimming pool with sundeck, fitness center, clubroom with kitchen and TVs, dog park area, and pavilion with grills. The one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes will include a fully equipped kitchen, energy efficient appliances, and large walk-in closets.
