Crestview, FL – WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction and consulting firm headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida has been awarded management of Katie Manor Apartments, the first affordable senior community that is currently under construction in Crestview.

The apartment complex owned by The Vestcor Companies will consist of 102 units that will include spacious floor plans with a living and dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. The community will feature amenities including a swimming pool, fitness center, theatre room, game room, activity room, outdoor garden and salon.

PQH Architects Group, Inc. and Summit Contracting Group, Inc. are the architect and general contractor for the development. Construction is expected to be completed in August of 2016.
