Jacksonville, FL –WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction and consulting firm has been awarded the management contract for Mary Eaves, an 80-unit affordable senior community owned by The Vestcor Companies. Currently in the construction phase, Mary Eaves is expected to be completed in the summer of 2017.

Upon completion, the community amenities will include a fitness center, internet café, hair salon, activity room with kitchen, movie room, and a living room with a fireplace. The community will also feature an outdoor garden, courtyard pavilion with grills and a dog park. The one and two bedroom units will include a living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer.

The project was financed with a combination of funding from Sun Trust, Boston Financial, Jacksonville Housing Finance Authority and Florida Housing Finance Corporation. The community is being developed by PQH Architects Group, Inc. and Summit Contracting Group, Inc.
