Jacksonville, FL –WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction and consulting firm has been awarded the management contract for Lofts at Murray Hill Apartments owned by The Vestcor Companies. Currently in the construction phase, Lofts at Murray Hill is a four-story, 117-unit family community expected to be completed in 2021.

Upon completion, the community amenities will include a fitness center, internet café, clubroom with TVs, resident lounge with billiards table, movie theater, dog walk area, and controlled access. The studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes will include a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, 9-foot ceilings, and large walk-in closets.
