Jacksonville, FL –WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction and consulting firm has been awarded the management contract for Lofts at Monroe, an affordable apartment community owned by The Vestcor Companies. Currently in the construction phase, Lofts at Monroe is a 108-unit community expected to be completed this summer.

Upon completion, the community amenities will include a fitness center, elevator, resident lounge, internet café, and a dog walk area. The studio, one, and two bedroom apartment homes will include fully equipped kitchens, energy efficient appliances, and large walk-in closets.
