Jacksonville, FL –WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction and consulting firm has been awarded the management contract for The Lofts at Brooklyn Apartments owned by The Vestcor Companies. Currently in the construction phase, Lofts at Brooklyn is a 133-unit family
community expected to be completed in Early 2021.

Upon completion, the community amenities will include a fitness center, internet café, clubroom with kitchen and TVs, resident lounge with billiards table, dog walk area, and covered parking. The studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes will include a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, 9-foot ceilings, and large walk-in closets.
