Currently in the construction phase, Landon Preserve is a 320-unit affordable family community featuring 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes. Construction is expected to be completed in December 2021.

Upon completion community amenities will include a swimming pool with sundeck, fitness center, community center, playground, clubroom with kitchen and TVs, dog park, car wash area, and more. Apartment homes will include fully equipped kitchens, energy-efficient appliances, and large walk-in closets.
