Milton, FL –WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction and consulting firm has been awarded the management contract for Carter Crossing, an affordable senior living apartment community owned by The Vestcor Companies. Currently in the construction phase, Carter Crossing is a 93-unit community expected to be completed this summer.

Upon completion, the community amenities will include a community center, fitness center, movie room, shared living room with Wi-Fi, and elevators. In Addition, the community will feature an outdoor garden, a courtyard pavilion with frills and a dog park.  The studio, one, and two bedroom apartment homes will include a fully equipped kitchen, energy efficient appliance, and large walk-in closets.
