Port Richey, FL –WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction and consulting firm has been awarded the management contract for Abigail Court, a 90-unit affordable senior living community owned by the Vestcor Companies. Currently in the construction phase, Abigail Court is expected to be complete in the fall of 2017
