Chapel Hill, NC – WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction and consulting firm acquired Dobbins Hill I (55 units) and the managing member interest of Dobbins Hill II (32 units) in Chapel Hill, NC last month.

The property will continue to operate as an affordable community until the expiration of the tax credit period for Dobbins Hill I. WRH Realty Services also plans to acquire 100% ownership interest in Dobbins Hill II.
