Jacksonville, FL – WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction, and consulting firm in the southeast with properties in Florida, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia welcomes Regional Director, Shelia Barcia.

Prior to her new position as Regional Director, Ms. Barcia was a Property Manager for WRH Realty Services. She joined the WRH team in 2017 and was responsible for overseeing all areas of property management for a 368-unit apartment community located in Valrico, Florida.

Ms. Barcia will be responsible for implementing property management operations, administration, and maintenance for a portfolio of assets in Jacksonville and the Tampa area. She will be based in Jacksonville, Florida.
