Jacksonville, FL –WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction, and consulting firm in the southeast with properties in Florida, Texas, North Carolina, and South Carolina, has hired Regional Director, Christina Watts.

Christina started her career in multifamily in 2009 as a property accountant, and quickly made the move from corporate to onsite management. Throughout her career Christina has been a valued part of acquisitions, dispositions, and renovations. She has managed many types of assets including both conventional and tax credit, and has taken unhealthy portfolios and transformed them into healthy thriving ones all over the South Eastern Region.

Christina holds her Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), Certificate of Occupancy (CPO), and Fair Housing Certification (FHC). She earned her degree in Accounting in 2009. 

Christina will oversee a portfolio of properties in the greater Atlanta, Jacksonville, and Orlando regions.
