St. Petersburg, FL – WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction, and consulting firm in the southeast with properties in Florida, Texas, North Carolina, and South Carolina, has announced that Alexandra Feinberg will be returning to the company as a Financial Analyst in the St. Petersburg, FL corporate headquarters.

In this role Alexandra will be conducting financial and operational analysis of WRH’s multi-family portfolio and making recommendations in support of the company’s asset management goals and initiatives. Alexandra will report directly to John Withers, Executive Vice President.

Alexandra received her Bachelor of Science in Finance and her Master of Science in Accountancy degree from Wake Forest University, School of Business. Alexandra has worked for some of the largest financial advisory firms in the U.S. such as Deloitte & Touche LLP, Northwestern Mutual, and J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Alexandra has successfully passed all 4 sections of the CPA exam and fulfilled all licensure requirements.

Alexandra sits on the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg and has been on the Board of Consultants for the Florida Orchestra.
