WRH Realty Services, Inc., has been recognized among the top 25 companies for online reputation in the July 2022 Division ORA™ Power Ranking, published by Multifamily Executive. The Divisions include: Division I (20,000 up to 30,669 units), Division III (10,000 to 19,999 units), and Division IV (2,000 to 9,999 units). WRH ranks #12 in Division III. The unit cut-off for each Division was based on the portfolio data obtained from Smart Apartment Data in June 2022.

The Division ORA™ Power Ranking was introduced by J Turner Research in 2019 to recognize management companies that manage over 2,000 units for excellence in online reputation management. The companies are ranked based on their Online Reputation Assessment (ORA™) score—the multifamily industry standard to measure and benchmark a property/company’s online reputation. The Division I companies were announced earlier in May – Top 25 of NMHC top 50. The cut-off for Division I was 34,402 units.

Developed by J Turner Research, the ORA™ Power Rankings are a monthly, independent ranking of apartment properties and management companies based on their Online Reputation Assessment (ORA™) scores. A property or management company is not required to be a J Turner Research client to qualify for this ranking, which is published by J Turner’s media partner Multifamily Executive.
