St. Petersburg, FL – Abigail Court, Peyton Ridge, Mary Eaves, Katie Manor, and Cassie Gardens Apartments have all been recognized among the elite 1% of properties in the nation for online reputation for the year 2018. The Elite 1% ORA Power Ranking is an annual ranking developed by J Turner Research based on an extensive monthly online reputation study of more than 101,000 properties across 19-plus review sites and ILSs. J Turner Research is an independent market research company exclusively serving the multifamily industry.

To be eligible for this ranking, a property had to register a minimum ORA score of 89 with at least 12 online reviews across various review sites and ILSs. For properties with the same ORA score, the property with the higher number of reviews ranked higher. The ORA score, based on a scale of 0-100, is an aggregate compilation of a property's ratings across all review sites. The national average ORA is 61.56. A property or a management company does not have to be a J Turner Research client to qualify for this ranking.
