Jacksonville, FL –WRH Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction and consulting firm in the southeast with properties in Florida, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia has awarded Deserae Sanchez the Community Manager Position at Landon Preserve, and promoted Joy Dotters to Community Manager at Abigail Court.

Deserae Sanchez has been with WRH since 2017 as the manager of Abigail Court Apartments in Port Richey, Florida. She has recently accepted a position as the property manager of Landon Preserve Apartments in Brandon, Florida. She will be responsible for the lease up and day-to-day operations of the 230-unit affordable family community.

Joy Dotters started with WRH in 2017 as a Leasing Specialist at Abigail Court Apartments, and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2019. She has now been promoted to Community Manager at that location. She will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the 90-unit affordable senior community.
