St. Petersburg, FL – Katie Manor, Cassie Gardens, and Caroline Oaks Apartments have all been recognized among the elite 1% of properties in the nation for online reputation for the year 2020. The Elite 1% ORA Power Ranking is an annual ranking developed by J Turner Research, and is released in association with Multifamily Executive. The Elite 1% list is based on an extensive monthly online reputation study of more than 122,000 properties across 21-plus review sites and ILSs. J Turner Research is an independent market research company exclusively serving the multifamily industry.

A total of 1,303 properties made it to the ORA™ Elite list. Katie Manor Ranked 177 on the list, with Cassie Gardens at 337 and Caroline Oaks at 366.

To be eligible for this ranking, a property had to register a minimum ORA score of 90 with at least 20 online reviews across various review sites and ILSs. For properties with the same ORA score, the property with the higher number of reviews ranked higher. The ORA score, based on a scale of 0-100, is an aggregate compilation of a property's ratings across all review sites. The national average ORA is 63.05. A property or a management company does not have to be a J Turner Research client to qualify for this ranking.
