Jacksonville, FL – WRH Realty Services, Inc., a multifamily property management company was recognized by the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) as having 2012’s Professional Designate of the Year, their very own, Tracy Williams.
Mrs. Tracy Williams, ARM, CAM, CAPS, was honored as part of the Paragon Awards during the 2012 National Apartment Association Education Conference and Exposition on June 29, which was held at the Boston Convention Center. The NAA Paragon Awards recognizes excellence and leadership within the multifamily industry. Mrs. Williams’ was honored for her noteworthy contributions she has made to the multifamily industry.
Mrs. Williams’ serves as a regional director for WRH Realty Services overseeing a mixed portfolio of over 2,500 affordable and conventional units in Southern Georgia, and North Florida. Mrs. Williams’s portfolio also consists of several properties located in the Arlington submarket in Jacksonville, which has been dubbed the nations, “highest vacancy market” in the US during the recent economic downturn. Despite the challenging conditions Mrs. Williams was able to prevail and lead her properties to incredible success.
During 2011, several of Mrs. Williams’ properties achieved remarkable successes both within WRH as well as at the First Coast Apartment Association’s (FCAA) Annual Circle of Excellence Awards. Some of the accolades awarded to Mrs. Williams’ portfolio include, lowest Turnover, most improved rental income, highest rental income, lowest controllable expense, affordable property of the year, as well as several of her team members recognized for outstanding work.
Tracy Williams’s involvement within the multifamily industry reaches beyond two decades. She has served on the board of directors, as the 2010 president for FCAA, as the chair for FCAA’s legislative committee, is a graduate of NAAEI’s Advanced Instructor Training and teaches Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) professional designations as well as several seminars and workshops at the FCAA office.
