St. Petersburg, FL – WRH Realty Services, Inc., a major multifamily property management company serving key markets throughout the Southeastern US and Texas, has hired Joe Springsteen as Managing Director of Business Development. Based in Atlanta, Springsteen will report to CEO Mark Rutledge, and oversee the company’s expansion of third-party multifamily management and advisory services.
Prior to joining WRH, Springsteen served as Managing Director of Angel Oak Capital, responsible for commercial real estate advisory services. He has over twenty years of experience as both a real estate portfolio manager, and as a mergers and acquisitions attorney for a Fortune 50 company and a national law firm.
“As some apartment owners are buoyed by the rising tide of the economy, the vast majority of owners continue to struggle with increasing revenues enough to keep pace with municipalities, utility companies and taxing authorities.
