WRH Realty Services, Inc. Celebrates At The Bay Area Apartment Association

St. Petersburg, FL – WRH Realty Services along with other property management companies, vendors and employees all came together and celebrated the twentieth annual Special Achievements Awards on Thursday, March 11, 2011, hosted by The Bay Area Apartment Association at The Westin Harbour Island in Tampa Florida.

During the event, WRH Realty Services was awarded the Community Service of the Year award for 2010. Historically awarded to an apartment community, this is the first time that a property management company has been recognized with the Community Service of the Year award.

In the Tampa Bay/St. Petersburg area WRH’s efforts are led by Alison Voyvodich, Director of Communications, who has been instrumental in WRH’s community service program, which focuses on four annual community service projects; a drive for letters of support to overseas military, a backpack drive to kick off the school year, a canned food drive during the Thanksgiving holiday, and a holiday toy drive. Mrs. Voyvodich, who attended the annual Special Achievement Awards ceremony, received “The Community Service of the Year” award on behalf of WRH Realty Services. “To receive this award amongst our peers within the multifamily industry is an honor, but it’s the lives that we touch and communities we impact that truly make a difference. We are pleased to be recognized and hope that we can inspire others to follow in our efforts to positively impact the community around us.”
