Jacksonville, FL– WRH Realty Services, Inc., a leading property management company serving key markets throughout the Southeastern US and Texas, has been recognized for multiple team members serving as leaders within the multifamily industry in Northeast Florida.
Property management companies, owners, and vendors throughout Northeast Florida all came together to celebrate the First Coast Apartment Association (FCAA) seventeenth annual “Circle of Excellence” Awards, which was held at The Florida Theatre in downtown Jacksonville, to honor individuals and companies that have proven themselves as leaders within the multifamily industry in 2011. This year’s ceremony gave awards for affordable, conventional and luxury apartment communities, multifamily professionals, associate of the year and property management company of the year.
WRH Realty Services is pleased to announce that several team members were recognized as leaders in North Florida. Whitney Chatman at Gregory Cove Apartments has been named Leasing Rookie of the Year. WRH professionals Susan Goodknight at The Carling and 11 East Apartments (Conventional) and Jennifer Williams at Lindsey Terrace Apartments (Affordable) were both recognized as Assistant Managers of the Year for both the Affordable and Conventional categories. Abid Purig at Kendall Court Apartments was named Affordable Maintenance Technician of the Year. Ricky Lee at Kendall Court Apartments was recognized as Groundskeeper of the Year, and Milagros Berrios at Holly Cove Apartments was named Housekeeper of the Year.
Other notable awards won by WRH team members included the Marketing Concept of the Year awarded to Gregory Cove Apartments. “Great Places with Smiling Faces,” Gregory Cove’s marketing campaign, won FCAA’s coveted award for the second consecutive year.
