WRH Realty Services Celebrates Big Wins at Local Maintenance Manias

Jacksonville, FL– WRH Realty Services, Inc., a leading property management company serving key markets throughout the Southeastern US and Texas, has had many maintenance team members compete within the past few months in their local apartment associations’ Maintenance Manias. 

Maintenance Mania is an annual event to showcase the talents of maintenance members on multifamily properties that is sponsored by HD Supply and is hosted by local apartment associations throughout the nation. This year over 75 WRH Realty Services maintenance team members throughout the southeast and Texas competed in local apartment associations’ Maintenance Mania events, which is comprised of several daily maintenance tasked in a timed environment. Maintenance personal compete against one another to claim the title of Maintenance Mania Winner of their local apartment association.

The first, second and third place winners of the local apartment associations times are submitted to The National Apartment Association (NAA) where the top qualifier for each region will go on to compete at the national level where one individual will be named the Maintenance Mania Winner of the Year. Of the fifty United States, there are thirty eight states that participate in Maintenance Mania competitions. These thirty eight states are divided in to ten regions where the top qualifier for each region moves on to the national competition. There are also ten wild card slots that are awarded to the top ten finishers based on competition times from their local apartment associations. This year the national competition will be held in Las Vegas.

Several WRH Realty Services team members in different regions were either National Championship Qualifiers or individual event winners. Overall local apartment association winners are Uriel Hinjosa, Maintenance Technician – (Overall First Place Winner – Apartment Association of Greater Dallas (AAGD), Rolando Valdez, Maintenance Supervisor – (Overall First Place Winner – Houston Apartment Association (HAA), Lee Caudill, Maintenance Supervisor – (Overall Second Place Winner – First Coast Apartment Association (FCAA), Roy Martin, Maintenance Technician – (Overall Third Place Winner – First Coast Apartment Association (FCAA).

Top finishers for individual events are –

Key Control Test – Hector Trabal, Maintenance Technician – (First Place – Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (AAGO), Robert Gonzalez, Maintenance Technician – (Second Place – Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (AAGO), Lee Caudill, Maintenance Supervisor – (Second Place – (FCAA).

Faucet Repair – Jimmy Dew, Maintenance Supervisor – (Second Place – Apartment Association of Greater Memphis (AAGM), Rolando Valdez, Maintenance Supervisor – (Second Place – (HAA), Francisco DeLaCruz, Maintenance Supervisor – (Third Place – (AAGD).

Appliance Repair – Eliezer Quinones, Maintenance Supervisor – (First Place – (AAGO), Uriel Hinjosa, Maintenance Technician – (First Place – (AAGD)
