Jacksonville, FL– WRH Realty Services, Inc., a leading property management company serving key markets throughout the Southeastern US and Texas, has been recognized for multiple team members serving as leaders within the multifamily industry in Northeast Florida.
Property management companies, owners, and vendors throughout Northeast Florida all came together to celebrate the First Coast Apartment Association (FCAA) annual “Circle of Excellence” Awards to honor individuals and companies that have proven themselves as leaders within the multifamily industry in 2010. This year’s ceremony gave awards for affordable, conventional and luxury apartment communities, multifamily professionals, associate of the year and property management company of the year.
WRH Realty Services is pleased to announce that several team members were recognized as leaders in North Florida. Gladimar Rosado at Courtney Manor Apartments has been named Leasing Rookie of the Year, and Gloria Herbert at Ryan Oaks Apartments as Affordable Leasing Specialist of the Year. Chris Ciccone at Azalea Ridge Apartments was named Affordable Maintenance Technician of the Year, and Richard Marrero at Peppertree Lane Apartments was named Maintenance Rookie of the Year. Joseph McGuire at St. John’s Pointe Apartments was recognized as Groundskeeper of the Year, and Jurline Revels at Lindsey Terrace Apartments was named Housekeeper of the Year.
Other notable awards won by WRH team members included the Marketing Concept of the Year awarded to Gregory Cove Apartments. Gregory Cove Apartments was also recognized as the Affordable Community of the Year. Virginia Alexander, Gregory Cove’s Assistant Manager, was honored as the Affordable Assistant Manager of the Year along side Bernice Thrasher, Gregory Cove’s Property Manager, who was award Affordable Property Manager of the Year. “Won’t You Be Our Neighbor,” Gregory Cove’s marketing campaign, won FCAA’s award of Marketing Concept of the Year.
Regional Director, Tracy Williams, was honored as Regional Director of the Year for her dedication and hard work in 2010. Through her leadership on a struggling portfolio with the majority of assets seated in one of the hardest hit markets in the US, and as President of The First Coast Apartment Association, Tracy has been a reliable leader within the community and in the multifamily industry.
