Vendor Information

WRH Realty Services has been able to achieve economies of scale and obtain uniformity in our portfolio due to the creation of our “Approved Vendor List” which was implemented in 1999. The Approved Vendor List is revised annually with additions or deletions based upon a combination of the property needs, pricing and our vendor performance. In order to keep things simple, our goal is to revisit this book on an annual basis, during the 2nd quarter of each year, to establish guaranteed pricing for the upcoming year.

Becoming a WRH vendor or contractor is a multi step process:

1. Complete the Vendor/Contractor Application and submit with required documentation

2. WRH will review application for need of product/services at that time and competitive pricing

3. After application is reviewed, Vendor/Contractor will receive one of the following:

a. Compliance Depot will send vendor/contractor request for additional documentation (owner/principal information, insurance certificates, etc…)

b. WRH will send an application denial letter based on need at that time or pricing.

Please allow a minimum of two weeks for application processing.
